Sunday's Walk - May 20, 2012

There is a path with many bushes and trees located in the ravine of St. Clair West Subway Station. I was there last in March and was very lovely. So we decided to go back..

Yesterday - after being away for a few weekends - I was able to go for a short walk with my friend Kim and others. Was very pleasant.

We both walked slowly. So we were a good team.

Some people were walking faster than us.

 One thing I did not liked very much - at all -  was that people had there dogs going around with out the leash and did not peak up the dogs fesses. With the heat the smell was not very pleasant. .. :(
So if you would like to go there I recommend the cooler weather when no fesses smell are on the air.....

I am sorry I have to cancel our walk on you. Unfortunately I still am in much pain.
Hope you can go for a walk - the weather promisses to be nice - this is the map I had prepared in case any of you would like to do it: south on Avenue Road to Dupont, turn left, walk to Yonge St , turn right, then walk north on Yonge to St. Clair, turn left to Avenue. Back to the Parket on St. Clair and Avenue Road, North East side.
Once the weather gets warmer I will be okay .

Yesterday's walk was amazing!

 Almost 3 hours of walking up hill, straight walking and down hill, around St. Clair Ave, Lyndhurst Ave, Bathurst St, Dupont and Spadina, all the way to Forest Hill , where we stopped for tea. I love photography so I am always looking and stopping for something different to the eye. I was able to take many photos that I am sharing with all of you. Weather permitting see all of you again next week.

The walk

What a beautiful walk! The day was a bit grey and some rain. Still was a fabulous walk on High Park. The Japanese cherry treest were nice to see . Walk and rest. Just about 3 hours of walking. Thank God, I found a stick to help me going up the hills.
